I was looking for some information on dream manipulation recently. Some targets have been talking about this, but I have had limited chance to investigate. I do believe it is happening.

That is really dangerous, because let’s say you want to get someone to confess to a crime. You implant things from the murder scene that only the killer could know, then you just pretend that you extracted that information from some poor patsy you want to set up. So let’s say you can remotely read dreams, the information shows up on a screen, what the person is thinking, dreaming etc. The pre-programed information is imputed into someone’s mind ahead of time, and you just pretend that you extracted the information.
Eg. Let’s say I wanted to set someone up as the a terrorist manual, I could imput information or a dream about the manual, and the person would have dreams about how they wrote the manual, how they plan to use the manual to blow up buildings etc. (Remember this is just an example.) Then someone trying to frame that person could just pretend to have extracted the information.

Recently I received information in regards to the USAF possessing technology enabling them to basically hack their way into the minds of individuals and wreak all kinds of havoc. You just implant memories of specific installations, maybe some box cutters or what have you, and that person could be framed for a crime they did not commit, but the memories would all be there. Afterwards, the authorities used processing software to analyze the brain scans, revealing that the woman’s brain lit up when she heard information that only the killer would know.
